Inner City Basement's spontaneous production takes us through the post-punk and dream-pop sounds of the late 80's era. Based on folk-rock songwriting, Colour & Sound picks up references to procure a soft out-of-time soundscape and reveals a fragile frontier between bizarre and reality.
